When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. When you claim a listing, we collect information about your relationship to the charitable gambling location. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
We use your information to provide and improve the Pulltab Magic service, process subscriptions, verify listing ownership, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share information only as necessary to operate the service: with Stripe for payment processing, and with hosting providers (Vercel, Neon) for infrastructure. Listing information you provide (location name, hours, photos) is displayed publicly on the platform.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at info@pulltabmagic.com. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove your personal information from our systems.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
